How To Do :
- Step 1 : First Get your nail polish. and a transparent top coat to seal the layers.
- Step 2 : Apply the bottom layer. I used this soft shade of grey.
- Step 3 : Gently create dots on your nails with the second color. You can choose to make them all the same size, or you can add a little playfulness by making them different sizes.
- Step 4 : Allow nails to dry again for five full minutes, then seal the deal with your favorite top coat.
